Paultecnology is a digital agency offering website development, digital marketing, graphic design, resume services, and related consulting. We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and required materials (content, logos, access credentials, approvals). Delays on the client side may extend timelines.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Paultecnology retains ownership of preliminary concepts, tools, and unused materials. Upon full payment, you receive the rights described in your project agreement for final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, licenses) remain subject to their own terms.

7. Portfolio use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

8. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is.” We aim for accuracy and uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is complete or error-free. Results from marketing or growth work depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paultecnology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project according to the terms in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend website access or services if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through direct discussion.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
